Security
A great deal of time has been invested in AdAgentPlus to make it secure. You can limit each user by module and privilege. You can set certain users to access AP, but not access AR. You can give your account executives access to jobs and invoices, but prevent them from accessing the GL. You can allow a new employee to add new clients, but not delete them. Also you can prevent users from exporting important information from AdAgentPlus. With user privileges you can allow access to data to the right people and limit access to others.

The log module can track access date and time by ever user to each module.
